    Job Summary

    The Human Resources Manager is a true HR generalist who can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the front-line contact for HR, this individual will have deep knowledge of our US benefit offering, administer on- and off-boarding, facilitate routine employee relations issues, manage employee files, run reports of HR metrics, be a recruiter and perform other HR assignments.


    List of Responsibilities

    • Recruiting – posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offers for VP of Global HR’s signature
    • Manage job description library ensuring all active roles have current job descriptions on file
    • Administer new employee’s on-boarding and terminating employee’s off-boarding processes
    • Conduct new hire orientations
    • Run reports from HRIS to support HR metrics
    • Be familiar with benefit plan designs to be able to effectively answer employee questions pertaining to 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, etc. for US employees
    • Enroll and de-enroll employees in benefit programs in addition to administering the plans during the plan year (employee inquiries, disability applications, billing reconciliations, etc.)
    • Manage the benefit open enrollment process
    • Be a primary point of contact for US employees and managers regarding employee relations matters.
    • Maintain employee files
    • Have experience working within an PEO environment


    Required Skills  and Experience

    • 5 or more years of solid HR generalist experience
    • PHR certification is a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Exceptional experience in MS Office products
    • Technical aptitude – experience working within an HRIS (preferably with Insperity) and Applicant Tracking System (Vantage is currently using ICIMS and Insperity)
    • Highly organized and proactive
