    Responsibilities

    Outside Sales Agent Job Responsibilities

    Description: Make outbound calls to booked passengers to sell cabin upgrades. Receive inbound calls from passengers contacted to sell them cabin upgrades. Call WL passengers to notify when they become confirmed. Make outbound calls to offer guests without an extension to add one in instances where we are not at the break-even point and a booking or two may get us there. This would improve our overall revenue figures as well as improve the guest experience by limiting canceled extensions.

     

    • Handle Outbound and Inbound calls to sell cabin upgrades
    • Achieve $10,000 in Upsell revenue weekly
    • Achieve 4.5 hours of Productivity daily
    • Contact passengers who have canceled and try to rebook them on a new trip
    • Assist in getting extensions to break even revenue when needs arise to get the last few passengers.
       

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications for Inside Sales Specialist

    • Experience in a commission based role preferred
    • Business to Consumer sales experience preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem solving skills
    • Experience in travel, hospitality, concierge service, luxury brand clientele highly preferred
    • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent typing, phone, listening, and computer skills required
    • Basic Microsoft skills including Outlook
    • Reservation system experience highly preferred
    • Email & Chat experience preferred
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required

     

    Software/Systems

    • Basic Microsoft skills, including Outlook
    • Reservation system experience highly preferred
