    Vantage Deluxe World Travel is seeking a talented, experienced, and highly motivated digital marketer to join our team in Boston, MA. This position reports to the SVP of Interactive Marketing. 

    As a member of the marketing team, the person in this key role will be responsible for managing our B2C email marketing program. Your goal will be to drive increased leads, increased conversion and increased revenue through smart, innovative and engaging email campaigns. Leveraging our email platform and working closely with internal partners and external vendors, this role will include the development and execution of our customer engagement and lead nurturing strategy.

    The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating and deploying highly engaging email marketing campaigns and should thrive in an agile, data driven environment. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with Vantage’s marketing, engineering, analytics, and business teams. The successful candidate will create campaigns that engage users with timely, relevant and meaningful content

    • Manage the email marketing roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to document requirements, facilitate development, monitor deployment and quality, and optimize against ongoing feedback 
    • Measure campaign performance using business and user metrics, establish relevant reports
    • Cultivate a library of email templates and model subject lines refined by performance metrics
    • Coordinate and configure audience segmentation and selection for ad-hoc deployments and automated campaigns.
    • Identify and run A/B tests to inform and communicate on product decisions, the health of retention campaigns, and ongoing opportunities for optimization and increased reach 
    • Work with partners in marketing, supporting execution of promotional campaigns requiring email support, and liaising on review process to ensure brand consistency in copy and creative
    • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify research needs

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience developing and using email marketing and retention platforms
    • Innate aptitude for mathematics, logic, and relational data
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with a leading Email Campaign Management platform (Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS, etc)
    • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for good design 
    • Experience working closely alongside marketing, design and engineering teams
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with some prior copywriting experience strongly preferred 
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to varying workloads and tasks 
    • Passion for using data, user research and business cases to drive decisions
    • Good business judgment, BS/BA required, technical background
