Reporting to the Chief Executive Office and serving on the Executive Team, the Vice President of Global Human Resources is responsible for the development or creation of a global Human Resources infrastructure that will drive a diverse and high-performance culture. Somone who can wear multiple hats simultaneously is critical. The VP of HR will proactively develop solutions, policies and initiatives that address issues in a dynamic environment. With a physical office in the US and Hungary, as well as contractors in other countries, the VP will need to be adaptable and, based on past experiences, maneuver a global human resources environment. As Vantage continues to evolve and grow, organizational development, talent evolution, leadership development, change management, strategic partnering, progressive policy design and recruiting are important competencies to have deep knowledge.
